Here I am in 1967 at 17 years old with my many cousins, aunts and uncles, parents, grandparents and siblings at the offices of the Sword of the Lord in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I’m standing on the right hand side of the top row, last in line next to all five uncles and my dad Chuck Himes. My mom Mary Lloys Rice Himes and her five sisters are in the third row, along with my brother John and older sisters Lloys Jean and Faith. My grandfather, John R. Rice, is seated in the middle of the first row, and my grandmother, Lloys Cooke Rice, is next to him holding my baby sister, Joanna.
